Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for Beauty who can elevate and drive the category across the group, with a focus on the FRASERS and FLANNELS fascias. Building out 360 in-store and online partnerships with our beauty brands, the Senior Marketing Manager will deliver market-leading campaigns, reporting into the Group Head of Marketing – Luxury & Premium, and work closely with the Beauty Commercial team.

You will lead, have autonomy and make a personal difference from day one. You will work with the Group Head of Marketing – Luxury and Premium and Head of Beauty, alongside key commercial stakeholders, to drive the Beauty category and marketing.
You will have the scope to shape marketing campaigns for our fascias as well as brand partners, devise strategies for how brands show up across FLANNELS’ and FRASERS’ touchpoints, and create and implement exciting offline and online marketing plans that speak to our customers.
As a key figure within the marketing team, you will be the category guardian for Beauty and ensure it shows up consistently across channels. Your work will inspire the wider marketing and commercial teams. You will be a primary contact for our beauty brand partners across the group, leading supplier funding negotiations and measuring campaign success against pre-agreed KPIs, with learnings applied to future campaigns.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with key channels (Commercial, Social, Retail, PR/Talent, Campaign & Content, E-Commerce, etc.) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing campaigns and messaging. You will manage the category marketing budget including brand partner funding and work with Retail teams to fill physical touchpoints with compelling activations and takeovers at key moments.
You will use data and analytics to review, report, and assess campaign performance, ensuring timely delivery within budget and sharing key learnings with stakeholders and brand partners. You will analyse the Beauty and competitor landscape to identify opportunities and trends for Frasers Group to maximise.
Ad hoc support outside of Beauty across luxury and premium fascias, FRASERS and FLANNELS may be required, working with category managers to drive successful activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the Marketing strategy and objectives for the Beauty division to drive brand and commercial growth.
- Oversee and drive the seasonal marketing calendars for FLANNELS and FRASERS, ensuring all channel teams have assets, information, and guidelines to deliver effective campaigns across channels; initiate ideas to deliver exciting moments for Beauty customers.
- Partner with commercial teams to act as the conduit between Marketing and Commercial. Attend key brand partner appointments to maintain and grow relationships, understand brand calendars, opportunities and launches, and ensure campaigns are integrated into calendars with on-point execution across channels.
- Manage all brand partner marketing relationships and supplier funding negotiations, working to an annual target. Pitch to brand partners and secure investment for campaigns; prepare presentations for brand pitches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key channels to ensure alignment and seamless campaign implementation.

Qualifications
- Extensive marketing experience gained within the Beauty sector.
- Cultural awareness and passion for Beauty brands and products; strong relationships with Beauty brands.
- Excellent online and offline marketing expertise.
- A degree is preferable but not essential; solid experience in the industry and in creating and implementing strategic plans with creative flair.
- Natural leadership with the ability to inspire and bring the team with you.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Experience managing teams and budgets.
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines while maintaining professionalism.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent English written and verbal skills.
- Willingness to travel (where required).
- Valid working rights for the UK.
