They need someone with skills in B2B marketing, multi-channel campaigns, keen to utilise CRM software and adopt the latest technology and AI to increase lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Be a dynamic and vibrant team leader – this is a crucial part of the job!
• Manage and deliver the agreed marketing goals, plans and strategy.
• Ensure that the lead generation plans and KPI’s are met.
• Be responsible for the budget allocation.
• Be instrumental in the marketing processes, systems and tools.
• Define and deliver the lead generation strategies and campaign plans.
• Lead the planning, preparation, implementation and measurement of the marketing campaigns and activities agreed.
• Influence the set up and effectiveness of the CRM including reporting, data cleansing, list management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of managing a marketing team, mentoring and leadership.
• A degree in either Marketing, Business or other relevant CIM qualification.
• Proven success in B2B lead generation.
• A passion for utilising AI and the latest tech to maximise marketing campaign activity.
• Ideally skills in Hubspot or Salesforce CRM.
• Proven track record in marketing plan development and execution.
• Experience in marketing strategy definition.
• Understanding of digital analytics, SEO, and marketing technology platforms.
