An established, fast-growing UK events company is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new international event in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact campaign, working closely with UK headquarters and key partners across the Middle East.
If you're strategic, hands-on, data-driven and excited by the buzz of launching something new, this role offers the perfect blend of creativity, responsibility and regional influence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering the end-to-end marketing strategy for a major new Dubai-based event
- Managing multi-channel campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email, content and partnerships
- Working with agencies, influencers and media partners throughout the Middle East
- Localising global brand messaging to ensure cultural fit and regional resonance
- Leading content creation and storytelling that excites audiences pre-, during and post-event
- Driving ticket sales and community growth through targeted, data-led activity
- Overseeing campaign timelines, creative asset production and smooth execution
- Managing budgets, tracking KPIs and reporting on campaign performance
- Supporting onsite marketing, live coverage and post-event analysis
What You’ll Bring ✅
- 4+ years’ experience in marketing and events
- Proven success running campaigns across the Middle East
- Excellent communication, copywriting and storytelling ability
- Strong creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Friendly, collaborative and confident working with stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Proactive, energetic and excited by launching a new event from the ground up
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
- Interest in running, health or fitness is a plus
