We're seeking to lead the industry sector, especially in the field of highly targeted and personalised communications.The Borrowing Full Funnel Marketing Team in Brands, Marketing and Experience (BMX) uses data and insight to anticipate and respond to customers' changing needs, helping them to feel confident about borrowing well now and for their future. Working collaboratively with our channel partners (Accelerators), we orchestrate marketing activity across segments, products and channels to engage customers and drive growth for our unsecured lending business.This is a critical leadership role with responsibilities that include the successful migration of the existing credit card customer base to new a Visa portfolio, development of creditworthiness marketing strategies for Your Credit Score digital tool and the scale-up of our new Embedded Finance proposition.The role includes line management responsibility of a team of Marketing Managers and Assistant Marketing Managers that design and manage the full end to end customer marketing plans. Ability to inspire, lead and manage a team is vital.
