The Borrowing Full Funnel Marketing Team uses data and insight to respond to customers' changing needs, orchestrating activity across segments, products and channels to engage customers and drive growth for our unsecured lending business.This is a critical leadership role with responsibilities that include migrating the existing credit card customer base to a new Visa portfolio, developing creditworthiness marketing strategies for the Your Credit Score digital tool, and scaling our Embedded Finance proposition. The role includes line management responsibility for Marketing Managers and Assistant Marketing Managers who design and manage end-to-end customer marketing plans.
