We’re looking for a **strategic, creative, and commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager** to lead high-impact marketing initiatives that shape the future of our business. This role is for parental cover and will suit a high performing Senior Marketing Manager that is looking to stretch their skills and knowledge of the post trade fintech world.This is a unique opportunity to inspire change, work with senior leaders, and grow your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.**What you will be doing:**Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesLead the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns to support brand, product, and client engagement goalsPartner with senior team members across the business to ensure marketing is aligned, effective, and forward-thinkingLead all aspects of the development of marketing content, collateral, and thought leadership in collaboration with internal and external partnersWork closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all content meet regulatory standardsDeliver standout events and webinars that position PTS as a market leaderDevelop and maintain a high-level sector-specific knowledge – evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data to provide insights and produce effective and engaging marketing plans to meet the overall strategic objectivesMonitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activityRun budgets efficiently, ensuring return on investment is maximised across all initiatives**What you’ll bring**Relevant degree or equivalent higher education qualificationExperience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the finance industryConsistent track record of handling senior stakeholders and influencing at executive level. Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal team members with conflicting prioritiesHigh levels of resilience and self-motivation. You show composure in a highly dynamic environment, always be solution-orientated and function as a collaborative partnerExcellent planning and project management skillsOutstanding communication and leadership skillsPositive, solutions-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment**Desirable skills**Experience across the trade lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on fintech & derivatives, is highly desirableFamiliarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platformsPeople leader experience desired but not crucial**Leadership & management responsibilities / expertise**You will have people leader responsibilities.Mentor a high-performing global marketing team, encouraging a culture of innovation and excellence.We recognize that to attract the best talent, we need to be flexible, and we are open to discussing work arrangements with you.
