Overview

Senior Digital & Content Marketing Manager - FTC at Kanzlei Ganz Gärtner Lindberg Slania. Fixed term contract until 15 May 2026. You will lead and develop digital marketing, content and campaign strategy and execution for the Digital Transformation Business, defining how we engage with audiences from clients to prospective employees, and our commitment to the planet. You will support the content marketing effort for Digital Transformation, defining what we share with key audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan and execute digital marketing campaign strategy, execution and reporting across channels including SEO/SEM, email, social, search, display and digital audio
  • Lead, develop and test the creative process and concepts for digital marketing campaigns to maximise lead generation and brand positioning
  • Collaborate with Head of Marketing and leadership to define the overall content marketing plan, channel strategy and measurement of content engagement across Digital Transformation; optimise for brand consideration and awareness
  • Develop lead generation campaigns incorporating events and content strategy to support DT-growth goals
  • Design and implement measurement systems to actively measure, manage, optimise and communicate campaign performance
  • Support the development of CRM strategy and implementation
  • Edit and optimise content to drive audience engagement; improve efficiency, effectiveness and impact of campaigns
  • Identify and test trends and insights, optimise spend and performance
  • Lead, create and define new and creative growth strategies
  • Research and understand services, audiences and competitor activity
  • Work with growth teams and agencies to support lead generation
  • Research latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics to ensure best practice
  • Lead programme management of campaigns from start to finish
  • Collaborate with Head of Marketing to execute and optimise organic and paid social media strategy, plan and production across Instagram and YouTube with measurement and reporting
  • Coordinate and manage website content, design, uploads, product backlog and content management system
  • Conduct research on competitive environment and market data to define topics and themes for marketing creation

Professional Knowledge & Experience

Essential

  • Experience developing compelling marketing stories with excellent communications, copywriting, editing and proofreading
  • Proven leadership experience in a complex organisation
  • Proven experience in content marketing
  • Proven experience managing a content management system
  • Experience managing website design/development and content
  • Proven experience in digital marketing in B2B
  • Proven experience in programme management
  • Digital native with multi-channel social media experience
  • Excellent organisation and project management; attention to detail
  • Proven experience and application of SEO
  • Creative thinking and excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and Umbraco
