Our vision is ambitious – to fulfil orders for every customer in the world, regardless of where the transaction occurs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated multi‑channel campaigns designed to drive awareness, consideration and demand for Amazon Multi‑Channel Fulfilment across our International marketplaces.Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive MCF adoption among enterprise and mid‑market sellers.Design and optimise multi‑touch lead generation campaigns across digital channels, targeting decision‑makers in e‑commerce, retail, and manufacturing sectors.Partner with Sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and optimise marketing‑qualified lead (MQL) to sales‑qualified lead (SQL) conversion rates.Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders from multiple functions (business, insights and measurement, creative, and other marketing teams) at a local, regional and global level.Partner with external agencies in support of world‑class marketing campaigns creation and execution.Leverage internal Amazon marketing channels, as well as external marketing channels.Manage budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI).Develop mechanisms for scalability across multiple marketplaces.Manage cross‑functional project timelines and execution plans.Ensure clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.Basic Qualifications6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to leverage data to drive informed decision‑making.Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.Experience in audience segmentation and targeting.Preferred QualificationsExperience using SQL to pull data and metrics to deliver reports.Previous experience in SaaS, logistics, e‑commerce platforms, or marketplace businesses.Familiarity with marketing to small and medium businesses (SMB) as well as enterprise accounts.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
