Senior Marketing Executive – Fashion, Lifestyle & Sports No two days will look the same. This is a hands‑on, high‑energy role ideal for someone who thrives on pace, creativity and variety.
Research concepts for upcoming campaign photoshoots Work with the Ecommerce team on trade initiatives and creative requirements Schedule and analyse social media content Collaborate with PR teams to review press releases and activation plans
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to brand strategy development, reporting and annual planning Champion the brand internally through presentations and updates Work closely with Creative and Design teams to deliver assets for eCom, retail, marketing and wider business use Support social media management, content creation, briefing and reporting Assist in managing influencer activity, partnerships, PR and events Build strong relationships with wholesale retail partners, coordinating retail activation plans Align with eCom on site, email, affiliate and paid media content needs Track budgets and manage invoicing Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and smooth go‑to‑market execution
About You You’re a social media native, especially in youth and streetwear culture. You live and breathe TikTok trends, understand what drives Gen Z engagement, and can turn insights into great ideas. But this isn’t just a social role—you’ll need a broader marketing mindset and the confidence to work across multiple functions.
At least 3 years’ experience in marketing (this is not a junior role) A background in fashion, lifestyle, sports or adjacent youth‑culture sectors Confident working independently and owning projects end‑to‑end A natural relationship‑builder who enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders
