Culture Shift is dedicated to helping businesses build safer, more inclusive and accountable workplace cultures. We are seeking a highly creative, self-starting Content Marketing Executive or Senior Content Marketing Executive to lead our content and customer-focused marketing initiatives.
This is a brand new role, created to support the growth of the business and to strengthen our presence and consistency across owned channels and customer touchpoints. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Customer Success team, you will help shape content direction, enhance brand authority, improve discoverability and drive deeper customer engagement.
You will be responsible for writing and managing content across blogs, social channels, website, case studies and customer communications. You will also play an important role in supporting the ongoing optimisation of our website, collaborating with our SEO agency and ensuring our content is well positioned for both search engines and emerging LLM-based discovery.

Key Responsibilities
- Shaping and delivering a content strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
- Writing and publishing high-quality blog content aligned to Culture Shift’s tone, mission and areas of expertise
- Updating website content via WordPress, ensuring accuracy, relevance and optimisation
- Working alongside our SEO agency to implement basic recommendations, optimise content structure and strengthen organic visibility, including within LLM-driven search environments
- Creating, scheduling and managing social media content, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
- Repurposing long-form content into short-form copy, visuals and multi-channel assets.
- Using Ai tools to create short-form video snippets from webinars, talks and events to support digital content and engagement
- Supporting the creation of customer-facing communications, including email updates, newsletters, product updates and platform announcements
- Helping to showcase customer impact through case studies, testimonials and success stories
- Supporting Customer Success with engagement activity, such as advocacy initiatives, online and in-person events
- Using Canva to populate pre-designed templates and produce consistent, on-brand assets
- Maintaining content calendars and ensuring a consistent and strategic flow of published content
- Staying informed on relevant industry news, trends and conversations to help shape timely, insightful content
- Monitoring content and channel performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing insights
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing, content or communications role
- Outstanding written English and a strong storytelling mindset
- Confidence using WordPress (or a similar CMS) to publish and manage content
- Experience using email platforms or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot is desired
- Ability to think strategically about content, audience and impact, not just output
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Highly creative, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment
- Experience working with SEO agencies and implementing basic recommendations
- Understanding of how content performs across both traditional search and LLM-based discovery
- Experience in SaaS, tech, HR, DEI, wellbeing or culture-focused organisations
