Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager We're Hiring: Senior Marketing Executive (Sport + Hospitality Obsessed) Love sport? Love pubs? We help hospitality venues turn every matchday into a moment and every screen into a reason to stay for one more pint. From Six Nations weekends to Women's Rugby World Cup watch parties, we turn sport into stories that fans remember (and clients love). The Role You\'ll lead all sports campaigns, activations, and live events across Magnify’s client base, working with the biggest drinks brands to bring sporting excitement to match days, and famous faces to the local. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who’s just as happy planning our activation concepts as watching they come to life. You’ll be the engine between clients and brands, bringing some of the biggest sports spectacles nationally across our clients’ pubs. From the Guinness Six Nations & FIFA World Cup to F1 and NFL, all sports are covered. You’ll plan activations, propose and pitch them, engage brands and then ensure the delivery is even better than we imagined, with a pint in hand (metaphorically… unless it’s Friday). This role offers significant growth potential for the right applicant. Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like:
Working closely with internal sports planning to identify key sports opportunities Work up plans and activations that align with the client’s needs and that brands want to be involved with Presenting plans that really deliver and inspire, moving the hospitality sector forward Managing relationships with key brands, talent agents and key suppliers Liaise with clients to ensure all projects are on track and relevant Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clarity of execution Being aware of the details that make a difference and constantly learning Managing budgets to ensure all that has been planned is delivered on time Creating quality content that is used across various social channels and internal screens Comfortable with partnerships and getting win-win scenarios for all parties Love technology, bringing gamification to pub guests, and data to our clients
