What the role involves
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end, full-funnel marketing campaigns that demystify Web3 and showcase the engineering behind our products, services, and Venture Studio solutions to enterprises, governments, developers, financial institutions, VCs and investors.
- Shape strategic, measurable marketing experiences; oversee campaign workflows from briefs and production through digital activations, demand generation, and events; coordinate cross-functional teams and agency partners to align with business objectives and deliver high‑quality results.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, integrate marketing functions, and ensure quality assurance throughout campaign lifecycles.
- Serve as the main liaison between Marketing and Communications shared services and product marketing leads across business units and Venture Studio teams.
- Own go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features with Product teams and Venture Studio; define objectives, target audiences, marketing and communication strategies, and measure adoption.
- Develop and maintain brand positioning; promote the company as an innovator and oversee outbound communications across website, blog, and social channels.
- Represent the voice of the customer, sharing insights with product, design, UX, technology, and investor-facing teams.
- Deepen relationships with key partners via co-marketing efforts, aligning goals and driving adoption.
- Ensure delivery of world-class campaigns with aligned creative, strategy, and GTM plans across channels; maintain budget and timelines.
- Build strong internal stakeholder relationships (Product Marketing, Ecosystem & Community, Operations, Finance, Legal) and lead conversations with internal teams and agency partners.
- Guide product marketing and Venture Studio teams to develop strategic briefs; provide direction throughout campaign development.
- Collaborate with BU product marketing and Venture Studio teams to align on objectives, program requirements, and KPIs to deliver breakthrough ideas and activations.
- Coordinate with project management and marketing shared services to ensure deliverables meet strategy, timing, and budget expectations.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies; manage approvals and feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Oversee all production aspects to uphold brand identity and ensure consistency with guidelines while introducing fresh ideas for storytelling.
Requirements
- Strategic Vision: connect output to broader business goals and marketing strategies for impactful outcomes.
- Creative Problem-Solving and Leadership: coach and mentor teams; foster growth and collaboration.
- Collaboration & Communication: strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across departments.
- Storytelling Expertise: ability to craft compelling narratives across written, visual, and video content.
- Technical Proficiency: experience with Google Docs, Slack, Jira, Microsoft Office, Miro, and presentation tools.
- Attention to Detail, Adaptability & Resilience: meticulous and capable in fast-paced environments.
- Project Management: excellent time management and organizational skills with tight deadlines.
- Innovation & Trend Awareness: enthusiasm for new ideas, tools, and techniques to keep content competitive.
- Experience: 10+ years in Marketing and Communications at a technology company or Account Management at an Advertising agency with a strong tech/Web3 portfolio.
- Education: BSc/BA in marketing or MBA.
- Experience with Web3, DAOs, and blockchain-native brands.
- Proven ability to lead multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment; strong leadership and team-building skills; collaborative, globally distributed team experience.
- Familiarity with creative production workflows and optimization for various platforms.
