The role

As an experienced Senior Marketing Campaign Strategist, you will lead the development and execution of end-to-end, full-funnel marketing campaigns that demystify Web3 and showcase the engineering behind our products, services and Venture Studio solutions to enterprises, governments, developers, financial institutions, VCs and investors. You will shape strategic, measurable marketing experiences, oversee campaign workflows from briefs and production through digital activations, demand generation and events, and coordinate cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery of high-quality results. The role also includes agency and vendor management, integration across marketing functions, and quality assurance throughout campaign lifecycles, acting as the main liaison between the Marketing and Communications shared services team and product marketing leads across business units and our Venture Studio teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Product teams and Venture Studio to create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features. Set clear objectives and goals, research target audiences, develop marketing and communication strategies, and measure adoption. Conduct customer research and apply insights to initiatives.
  • Drive the evolution of brand positioning and coordinate outbound customer-facing communications across website, blog, and social channels.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, user experience, technology, and investor markets.
  • Support the Venture Studio Group to deepen relationships with key partners and drive adoption through co-marketing efforts.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered with world-class creative, strategy, and go-to-market plans aligned with brand positioning across channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders: Product Marketing, Ecosystem & Community, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
  • Lead conversations with internal teams and agency partners, including status meetings, presentations, and reviews.
  • Guide BU product marketing and Venture Studio teams to develop strategic briefs and maintain direction throughout campaign development.
  • Partner with BU product marketing and Venture Studio to align objectives, program requirements, and KPIs to deliver breakthrough ideas and activations.
  • Work with project management and marketing shared services to ensure deliverables are on strategy, on time, and within budget.
  • Drive integration best practices and identify process improvements for efficiency.
  • Manage approvals, feedback, and input from multiple stakeholders.
  • Oversee production aspects with the project management team to uphold brand identity and ensure consistency with guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to strengthen visual storytelling.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications at a technology company or Account Management at an Advertising agency with a strong portfolio in tech or Web3.
  • BSc/BA in Marketing or MBA.
  • Experience with Web3, DAOs and blockchain-native brands.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and team-building skills; passion for innovation and forward-thinking campaign development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-faceted projects in fast-paced environments and ability to manage deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Experience uniting globally distributed remote teams.
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows and optimization for various platforms.
