Overview
Main Purpose of Job: The Senior Marketing Manager will drive the regional marketing strategy and execution for Immunocore. This role plays a critical part in shaping the commercial success of a first-in-class bispecific T cell receptor therapy, transforming outcomes for patients with rare and life-threatening conditions. The role requires deep subject matter expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to navigate complex market dynamics to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the EUR marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market needs.
Shape and deliver integrated brand plans, leveraging insights and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Sales to ensure cohesive execution of commercial strategies.
Manage the strategy and execution of peer-to-peer and patient support programs, measuring impact through defined KPIs and sharing best practices across markets.
Champion the development of an end-to-end ecosystem strategy to support early patient identification and sustained therapy engagement.
Serve as a strategic partner to field teams, facilitating training, communication, and feedback loops to enhance execution and market responsiveness.
Manage the EUR marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial oversight.
Lead the annual commercial planning and budgeting process, presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, proactively establishing processes where needed to support new initiatives.
Education, Experience and Knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, ideally in oncology and across EUR markets.
Proven experience in strategic brand planning, peer-to-peer engagement, and cross-functional leadership.
Strong understanding of the EUR healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience with Veeva Vault or similar platforms is desirable.
Willingness to travel across the EUR region.
