Salary Band: Up to £35,000

My client is on the lookout for a Senior Digital Marketing Officer to join their forward-thinking charity. They are looking for someone who takes the lead on digital campaigns that connect, convert, and engage. If you’re all about strategy, creativity, and data-driven decisions, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning end-to-end digital campaigns across social, email, and paid media
• Growing online audiences and creating content that actually gets noticed
• Crafting personalised, data-led emails that land with impact
• Running paid ads to drive sign-ups, donations, and awareness
• Working across teams to bring ideas to life and stay aligned on goals
• Digging into analytics to optimise performance and shape future activity

What They're Looking For:

• A solid background in digital marketing with strong acquisition experience
• You know your way around Meta Ads, email platforms, and analytics tools
• A natural storyteller who can adapt tone and content for different channels
• Organised, creative, and confident juggling multiple deadlines
• Previous experience working in the charity space or purpose-driven environments is desirable.
