Do you want to take ownership, shape strategy, and make a real impact within a growing eCommerce business? We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketer to lead the digital agenda and take full responsibility for performance marketing across multiple channels. What you’ll be doing:

Own and manage the PPC strategy – leading their agency partner to deliver best-in-class performance and continuous optimisation. Oversee the digital marketing budget and P&L, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI. Drive acquisition and retention through email marketing, affiliates, retargeting, and SEO. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, trading, and analytics teams to align digital strategy with business goals. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement across all digital touchpoints. Report on performance metrics, insights, and forecasts to senior leadership.

About you:

Proven experience in a senior digital or performance marketing role, ideally within eCommerce. Strong hands-on knowledge of PPC and experience managing agencies and budgets. Commercially astute with a solid grasp of P&L management. Confident across multiple channels – email, affiliates, retargeting, and SEO. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy. A natural leader with the desire to make your mark in a growing, fast-paced environment. Competitive salary of circa £55,000 + bonus. Hybrid working – enjoy the best of both worlds (Mon–Wed in our Leeds office, Thurs–Fri from home).
