Drive business across multiple brands and see our work through every stage of the funnel. As a Senior Digital Marketing Lead, your central focus will be PeopleScout, our RPO brand. To achieve this, you'll work closely with the Managing Director and Commercial Leaders to deliver targeted, insight-driven campaigns with measurable value. Plus, you'll line manage the Marketing Campaigns Manager.
You'll combine strategic thinking with team management, execution oversight, and a knack for cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do:
Deliver marketing strategies that drive qualified leads, pipeline conversion, and client engagement
Align activity to commercial goals: revenue growth, retention, and upsell
Define clear KPIs and continuously improve marketing ROI
Partner with BD and Client teams to shape go-to-market and account-based strategies
Own full-funnel strategy: from awareness to loyalty
Plan and activate integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
Build dashboards to track pipeline impact and campaign performance
Use data to guide content, channel mix, and spend
Create tools for every sales stage: decks, case studies, battle cards, landing pages, briefs
Develop targeted campaigns for priority sectors and solutions (RPO, EVP, Employer Brand, Media, Early Careers)
Collaborate with BD to align campaigns to market trends and client needs
Elevate TMPW and PeopleScout brands through insight-led thought leadership
Lead regional content production: articles, webinars, reports, social, video
Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all touchpoints
Oversee paid media, SEO/SEM, email automation, landing pages, and social strategy
Optimise spend to maximise reach, engagement, and lead generation
Own performance tracking: CRM attribution, ROI, and monthly dashboards
Lead strategy and delivery of events: owned, sponsored, virtual, and in-person
Align events to pipeline goals and ensure qualified follow-up
Build partner programmes to expand reach and co-create content
Act as a strategic partner to commercial leaders
Collaborate with Global Marketing to localise and amplify content
Champion company values and lead by example
Motivate and develop team through feedback, goal setting, and performance management
