Why This Role?

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the resorts marketing strategy while overseeing the sales team to drive revenue growth across the business. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on strengthening the brand, increasing enquiries and bookings, and supporting the resorts continued growth.

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement an integrated sales and marketing strategy that positions the resort as a premium destination for leisure breaks, weddings, events, and corporate business. You will oversee all marketing activity, including digital marketing, website performance, content creation, PR, and strategic partnerships, while leading and supporting the sales team to maximise enquiries and improve conversion rates.
