A carbon and energy consultancy in Manchester is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Support professional to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role that plays a vital part in supporting both the Business Development and Marketing functions of the innovative team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of client engagements and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing role:

Assist in qualifying new leads and managing new customer enquiries. Create and manage customer records and opportunities within the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Prepare high-quality, professional sales proposals. Maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring CRM data is accurate and up to date. Support client onboarding processes, including communication and documentation. Work closely with Account Managers to ensure they have necessary materials and support. Liaise with internal teams to gather information for proposals and stay updated on new offerings. Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
