We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established consultancy. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a flair for organisation and communication who thrives in a support role spanning both sales and marketing functions. This would suit someone early in their career with previous experience in commercial support, administration, or marketing coordination especially within a B2B setting. A hands-on attitude and natural curiosity will be key to success in this diverse role.
The position plays a pivotal role in enabling the wider business development efforts by supporting client engagement activities, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
* Qualify leads, assist with proposal preparation and new client enquiries
* Keep CRM data up-to-date and accurate
* Support client onboarding and maintain key documentation
* Work closely with Account Managers to provide timely info and resources
* Liaise with internal teams to gather content for proposals
* Assist in maintaining CRM compliance and best practices
Marketing Support:
* Help deliver email, social, and content marketing campaigns
* Format blogs, case studies, and social media content
* Conduct market and competitor research
* Prepare marketing materials and support events or outreach
* Assist with website content updates and email marketing tasks
* Manage campaign data and performance tracking
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for accuracy
* Clear communicator with good interpersonal skills, especially in a professional B2B context
* Comfortable using tools such as Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics) is desirable
* Exposure to digital marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Canva) is desirable
* Proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment
* A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to adapt and learn
