As part of our small but dynamic team, you’ll play a vital role in connecting audiences with everything we do – from live performances, film, and classes to community events and our welcoming Café Bar.Part-time, 4 days p/weekPermanentOccasional evening and weekend work as requiredDevelop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across email, social media and printKeep our website up to date with compelling content, images and newsCreate, schedule and monitor social media posts and paid advertising campaignsWrite press releases and liaise with local and national media, local influencers and community contactsUse our CRM system (Spektrix) and email platform (DotDigital) to create data-driven, targeted campaignsCoordinate design, production and distribution of print and publicity materials. Including research and outreach to new contactsRepresent the arts centre at community events and local PR activities (please note this includes occasional evenings and weekends)Design in-house marketing assets (using Canva / Affinity)To write engaging copy for email campaigns, social media and the websiteSupervise the Marketing Assistant, including proofing content as required, and coordinate and oversee the Marketing VolunteersGeneral:Support the day-to-day running of the office and contribute to a friendly, collaborative team environmentCarry out your duties with due regard to the Norden Farm Centre Trust Ltd PoliciesTo undertake any other marketing activities as may be required by the Head of MarketingThis is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll balance creativity with organisation, strategy with delivery, and digital campaigns with face-to-face community engagement.Person specifiationsWe’re looking for someone with:At least 2 years’ marketing experience, ideally within the arts, culture, or charity sectorExperience of using CRM systems (Spektrix or similar)Strong copywriting and communication skills with excellent attention to detailA confident grasp of social media platforms and digital marketing toolsGreat organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesA good level of computer literacy (although training on specific software programmes can be arranged)Ability to problem solve and think laterallyEnthusiasm and drive to improve skills and experienceA genuine passion for the arts and the role they play in bringing communities togetherDesign experience (Canva, Affinity, or similar)Experience supervising colleagues or volunteersKnowledge of the current arts sceneA full driving licence and your own transportThe closing date for this position is 23/10/2025 at 23:59 #J-18808-Ljbffr
