Identify and build relationships with potential partner schools across England. Secure new partnership contracts and manage onboarding administration. Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective partners. Support marketing activity for Paddington Academy, including social media, photography, website updates, and events. Track performance against KPIs and provide regular progress reports.
What We Are Looking For
Professional, personable, and confident communicating with a wide range of people. Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management skills. IT-literate, especially in Microsoft Office. A persuasive communicator with excellent written English. A proactive team player who enjoys building strong relationships.
