Sales and Marketing Executive - United Teaching

United Teaching is the national teacher training programme for United Learning, one of the UK’s largest and most successful school groups. Based at the outstanding Paddington Academy, we recruit and train around 400 new teachers every year, providing in‑school training from day one in partnership with Bath Spa University.

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to help us grow our network of partner schools and support marketing activity for Paddington Academy.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll:

• Identify and build relationships with potential partner schools across England.
• Secure new partnership contracts and manage onboarding administration.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective partners.
• Support marketing activity for Paddington Academy, including social media, photography, website updates, and events.
• Track performance against KPIs and provide regular progress reports.

You’ll be based at Paddington Academy, with the flexibility to work from home one day a week and occasional travel across the UK.

What we are looking for:

• Professional, personable, and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management skills.
• IT‑literate, especially in Microsoft Office.
• A persuasive communicator with excellent written English.
• A proactive team player who enjoys building strong relationships.

Previous experience in sales or marketing is desirable but not essential — we’ll provide full training and support for the right candidate.
