Regional Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Regional Marketing Manager to join our team, based in Hitchin.In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind our regional marketing strategy, collaborating closely with our new business, proposals and communications teams to deliver impactful campaigns that showcase our regional successes and help us target key projects and customers. From sector and pre-positioning campaigns, to managing the local BD and marketing events, and generating valuable data insights, your creativity and strategic expertise will be essential.This is a hybrid role.What you\'ll be doingClosely collaborate with new business and framework teams to drive sector and framework led marketing initiativesImplement and deliver marketing plans in line with our wider sector plans and target projectsOversee and manage marketing social media campaignsSupport National marketing campaigns from a regional perspectiveSupport implementation and launch of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing platformManage and deliver external award submissionsProvide marketing support for our external and internal eventsOversee development of project case studies and marketing materialProvide support for departments with their marketing needs and be the marketing subject matter expertCollaborate with Group communications and marketing/comms teams across other offices and nationallySupport market research and industry intel where requiredMonitor results and analytics for reporting and decision makingHelp manage our marketing budget and develop cost-effective proposals to improve marketing outputs where requiredEssential and Desirable CriteriaDegree and professional qualification in marketingExperience in B2B marketingAbility to develop strategy and has excellent writing skillsSelf-starter and self-motivator with the ability to drive and implement initiatives from start to finishPassionate about marketing and understands the importance of championing marketing across the businessStrong project management and organisational skillsAttention to detail, analytical and creativeAble to balance multiple prioritiesExperience and knowledge of the built environment is desirable, but not essential.Experience in Adobe InDesign is desirable.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365Additional InformationWillmott Dixon embraces diversity in the workplace and will consider flexible and agile working.
