Overview My client is a global consultancy that works with People & Culture teams from some of the world’s leading brands. With a global Marketing team of 28, they are looking for a GTM specialist to shape and lead their strategy across the UK & Ireland region, and to provide strategic support to marketing colleagues in the Middle East and S. Africa. The Regional Marketing Manager will have a pivotal role in localising global strategies, executing persona-driven campaigns and leveraging data for impact. The role is ideal for an experience field marketer with a strong focus on execution, analytical rigour, and the ability to flex global resources to meet local markets. Responsibilities
Regional marketing planning and budgeting Lead generation, nurturing and automation Content marketing and Thought Leadership Customer engagement through events and sponsorships
Location UK based with hybrid work. Office days are in Hertfordshire; travel to other European offices is possible if desired. Salary and contract Salary up to £75,000 plus bonus and benefits. The company are ideally looking to move from a 6-month contract to a permanent role, but this is negotiable. Qualifications
At least three year’s Marketing experience Proven experience in GTM, Growth or lead generation strategy and execution within a B2B business A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a business, marketing or related field Experience with marketing automation and digital campaign management Experience in Social Media management, content creation and content writing skills Native-level English language skills, both written and verbal Willingness to travel 2-3 times per year for offsite team meetings A can-do attitude and hate being bored!
