Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Lead to develop and execute innovative employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in positioning the company as an employer of choice and attracting top-tier talent across all business units.

• Location: Milton Keynes (3 days per week in the office)
• Contract: Full-time, permanent
• Hybrid Working: Yes (3 days office-based)
