Responsibilities

  • Lead external talent attraction campaigns across social media and digital platforms
  • Activate and evolve the Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and People & Culture teams
  • Drive inclusive hiring strategies aligned with DEI goals
  • Manage vendor relationships and recruitment events

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent attraction, employer branding, or recruitment marketing
  • Strong digital and social media strategy skills
  • Data-driven with a creative mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
