About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our Fraud and Payments Intelligence solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, translating complex capabilities into clear value for financial institutions, merchants, and payment providers. You will own how our products are understood in the market, ensuring our innovation in fraud prevention, risk management, and data-driven payments intelligence is recognized as best in class.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our Fraud and Payments Intelligence solutions in the marketplace
  • Partner with product management to influence roadmap priorities and ensure alignment with market needs and customer challenges
  • Create sales enablement content including presentations, battlecards, playbooks, and case studies that equip teams to engage effectively with prospects and customers
  • Lead competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy and strengthen differentiation
  • Drive go-to-market planning for new product launches, coordinating with marketing, communications, and sales teams
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Fraud and Payments Intelligence in external and internal engagements, including customer meetings, industry events, webinars, and analyst briefings
  • Collaborate with demand generation teams to create campaigns that resonate with target buyers and generate pipeline
  • Define and track product marketing success metrics, reporting on market traction and sales impact
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in financial technology, fraud prevention, or payments intelligence
  • Strong understanding of payments, fraud management, and risk mitigation for banks, merchants, and payment processors
  • Proven ability to craft compelling product narratives for senior business and technical decision makers
  • Experience in go-to-market planning, messaging, positioning, and competitive analysis
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Comfortable engaging with customers, analysts, and industry stakeholders as a thought leader
