The Role – Product Marketing Manager

This is a newly created role, offering the chance to take full ownership of product management across established and emerging markets. You’ll define the product strategy, drive the roadmap, and play a pivotal role in bringing new and existing products to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap
  • Identify customer needs, market gaps, and opportunities
  • Work collaboratively across departments – design, marketing, and sales
  • Support marketing with product launches and go-to-market activities
  • Develop clear value propositions for target audiences
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond
  • Conduct product performance reviews and drive continuous improvement
  • Deliver product and sales training to internal teams

  • Proven experience in product management within engineering or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of full product lifecycle management
  • Experience launching and positioning products in the market
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical and data-led approach to decision making

The Benefits

  • £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
