Overview

We are looking to recruit a Product Marketer / Product Marketing Manager to support the product development team and market sales. You will be responsible for positioning, messaging, and ensuring products successfully meet market needs while achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define how the product is uniquely valuable to the target audience.
  • Create compelling messaging that differentiates it from competitors.
  • Plan and execute product launches.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, support).
  • Develop launch materials (landing pages, decks, blog posts, sales enablement, etc.).
  • Understand the market landscape, competitors, and customer pain points.
  • Collect insights through interviews, surveys, or data analysis to guide product strategy.
  • Equip sales teams with tools, training, and content to effectively sell the product.
  • Identify target segments for messaging and campaign development.
  • Collaborate with customer success and growth teams to drive onboarding, retention, and upsell strategies.
  • Monitor product usage and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Measure the success of product launches and marketing campaigns (e.g., adoption rates, revenue impact, customer feedback).
  • Adjust strategies based on data.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have worked within the construction industry or any product that moves air, gas, or water.
  • Possible management experience of one other but not essential.
  • Experience as a Product Marketer or in a similar product marketing role.
  • Would suit someone who is either an experienced product marketer or someone who is looking for next stage in their career hence salary band.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

  • Salary £35,000 - £48,000 basic salary
  • Hybrid working - ideally 5 days on-site, but 1 day at home can be accommodated.
