PR & Marketing Executive (B2B)

London, United Kingdom (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office) | Up to £40,000 + Benefits

A brief overview: As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth for Onsi’s pay solution through coordinated, campaign-based initiatives. Joining during a critical growth phase, you’ll focus on building awareness and credibility in target markets by leveraging PR, brand exposure, and client engagement activities. 

What you will do:  

• Plan and deliver quarterly marketing campaigns in line with the commercial strategy.
• Coordinate direct mail campaigns from creative and fulfilment to measurement.
• Manage relationships with PR agencies to secure media coverage, press releases, and thought leadership.
• Lead award submissions and deliver high-quality, timely entries.
• Organise prospect dinners, hosted events, and sponsorships to support pipeline growth.
• Track and report on marketing KPIs such as coverage, campaign responses, event ROI, and inbound opportunities.
• Partner with SDRs and AEs to ensure campaigns generate sales opportunities, and create case studies and sales collateral for them to use.
• Manage Onsi channels including the website and social media ensuring they align with campaign and business strategy.

You will need: 

• Proven B2B marketing experience, with a strong PR background; confident handling media relations and award submissions.
• Campaign coordination skills to manage multiple deliverables such as direct mail, events, and PR.
• Experience managing agencies and vendors to maximise results is highly desirable.
• Strong copywriting skills for award entries, press releases, and campaign materials.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills to keep campaigns on track and aligned with business priorities.
• A collaborative mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and other teams.
