The Performance & Retail Marketing Coordinator UK/IRL is a critical team member for the accelerated international growth of Anastasia Beverly Hills. This person will report to the Senior Marketing Manager EMEA + UK, and will be involved in all omnichannel retail marketing to support business growth across multiple players – Boots, Look Fantastic, Cult Beauty, Beauty Bay, Space NK, Harrods, Selfridges, Sephora, and any new expansion within the EMEA region.The right candidate has proven solid omnichannel retail marketing experience, with a well-practiced digital marketing and performance marketing/paid media/retail media background in UK/IRL.Creates and cultivates relationships with retail marketing partners (retailers and pure players) to ensure maximum exposure and advocacy for the brand.The right candidate has a proven track record of balancing individual accountability with strong cross-functional partnerships. They will be a strategic, innovative, collaborative team member who is customer-centric and results-oriented. They must possess an analytical mindset, have superior communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and be adept at problem-solving quickly and creatively.This individual will work in close collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager EMEA + UK, building retail marketing plans for all UK/IRL retailers, implementing and tracking performance (investment versus ROAS/ROMI). Has a solid understanding of the paid media, retail media landscape, and their specific metrics/KPIs.Retailer Partnerships and PlanningFoster retailer partnerships and strong ways of working, adapting to each retailer’s specificityPlans seasonal requests for strategic UK retailers, respecting the retailer’s internal calendarLead retailer marketing meetings and gather insightsCollaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams for retailer needsRetail Omnichannel Marketing CampaignsDevelops customized retailer marketing plans for launches and always–on campaigns, while keeping a good organization and structure for all documentsTrack marketing/sampling/GWP budgets and spend levels for each retailer, submit accruals monthly, and deliver analysis on spend versus returnBuilds bespoke action plans, maximizing the brand’s resources and identifying retailers\' best opportunitiesUpdates quarterly brand rooms based on performance provided by the retailers to drive conversionMonitor rates & reviews and drives Rates & Reviews Campaigns for Newness and CoreRegularly checks stores where ABH has a fixture, discussing with the retailer, and leads improvementsResponsible for VM & Event projects (concept, brief, execution, and performance track)Performance Marketing & Paid MediaDefine with Sr. Marketing Manager and oversee the paid media strategy across channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Display, Affiliates, etc.)Manage media budgets to maximize ROI, ROAS, and CAC efficiencyPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platformsContinuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements to improve performanceTrack KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and generate insights to inform future campaignsCreate dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders with actionable recommendationsMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updatesIdentify new paid channels, betas, and partnerships to scale customer acquisition and retentionAssetsManage and distribute creative assets and toolkits to retailers for new product launch and core refresh (assets, placemat)Organize and maintain retailer and distributor social media requestsKeeps all PDP updated according to ABH standardsPerforms regular retailer websites audit (PDP, pricing, competition)Responsible for assets resizing, ad copy, and other mandatory steps for paid media campaignsAdministrativeCreates regular retail marketing presentations for regional and global-facingProvide any report that will be required by leadershipCollaborate with the field team and the visual merchandising teamEffective in-store selling tools that will drive consumer curiosity and help the teams educate on brand pillars and KPIsMaintain and update internal retailer marketing calendarsTrack and communicate monthly recurring digital retail tasksUpdates pricing trackersAid in content shoot briefs with a retail focusHandle marketing administrative duties as neededRequirements:Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience. Preferred areas include: Beauty or Color Cosmetics, Retail Omnichannel Marketing, E-commerce MarketingRequires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related areaProficiency in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, and AdobeAbility to interpret and understand budgets.
