OverviewThe Performance & Retail Marketing Coordinator UK/IRL is a critical team member for the accelerated international growth of Anastasia Beverly Hills. This person will report to the Senior Marketing Manager EMEA + UK and will be involved in all omnichannel retail marketing to support business growth across retailers such as Boots, Look Fantastic, Cult Beauty, Beauty Bay, Space NK, Harrods, Selfridges, Sephora, and any new expansion within the EMEA region. The right candidate has proven omnichannel retail marketing experience, with a strong digital marketing and performance marketing/paid media/retail media background in UK/IRL.ResponsibilitiesRetailer Partnerships and Planning: Foster retailer partnerships and strong ways of working, adapt to each retailer’s specificity; plan seasonal requests for strategic UK retailers, respecting internal calendars; lead retailer marketing meetings and gather insights; collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams for retailer needs.Retail Omnichannel Marketing Campaigns: Develop customized retailer marketing plans for launches and always-on campaigns; track marketing/sampling/GWP budgets and spend levels for each retailer, submit accruals monthly, and deliver analysis on spend versus return; build bespoke action plans to maximize brand resources and identify retailers\' best opportunities; update quarterly brand rooms based on retailer performance to drive conversion; monitor rates & reviews and drive campaigns for Newness and Core; regularly check stores where ABH is featured, discuss with retailers, and lead improvements; manage VM & Event projects (concept, brief, execution, and performance tracking).Performance Marketing & Paid Media: Define and oversee paid media strategy across channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Display, Affiliates, etc.); manage media budgets to maximize ROI/ROAS; plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns; test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements; track KPIs and generate insights; create dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders; monitor industry trends and platform updates; identify new paid channels and partnerships to scale acquisition and retention.Assets: Manage and distribute creative assets and toolkits to retailers for product launches and core refreshes; organize retailer and distributor social media requests; keep PDPs updated to ABH standards; perform regular retailer websites audits; handle asset resizing, ad copy, and other steps for paid media campaigns.Administrative: Create regular retail marketing presentations for regional and global audiences; provide required leadership reports; collaborate with field and visual merchandising teams; develop in-store selling tools and educate on brand pillars and KPIs; maintain internal retailer marketing calendars; track monthly recurring digital retail tasks; update pricing trackers; aid in content shoot briefs with a retail focus; handle marketing administrative duties as needed.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of Marketing experience.
