Responsibilities

• Own paid media execution across Meta and Google.
• Analyse and optimise campaigns daily to hit KPIs.
• Use Shopify, Triple Whale, and ad account data for insights.
• Build and execute campaign roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
• Recommend creative tests and data-led optimisations.
• Support account directors in long-term client planning.

Client Communication

• Deliver clear, actionable insights in updates and reports.
• Educate clients on results and opportunities for growth.

Progression & Expectations

• 6 Months - Managing accounts independently with consistent ROI.
• 12 Months - Trusted to own larger accounts and advise strategically.
• 24 Months - Progression into Performance Lead, managing both clients and team members.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years managing paid media campaigns.
• Proven track record of hitting CAC/ROAS goals.
• Hands-on experience with Meta/Google Ads.
• E-commerce knowledge essential.
