Performance Marketing Manager We are partnering with a leading full-service agency to help them find their next Performance Marketing Manager. Working with both B2C & B2B clients, this is an opportunity to own and lead the paid media function to ensure profitability, team success, and overall client growth. Location: Manchester (hybrid) Salary: up to £47,000 Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of paid digital marketing executives and specialists through regular 1:1s and professional development support. Proactively monitor and analyse data to develop and present strategic recommendations (to clients or Client Services) to improve client ROI and increase account value. Serve as a strategic point of contact for key accounts, confidently presenting performance reports, strategic insights, and recommendations. Continuously refine team workflows, tools, and reporting processes with a focus on best practices and testing new ideas. Ensuring all key reporting is provided to the relevant company directors
