Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary: £60,000 per year

Job Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing EdTech company. Having experience in EdTech platforms that delivers online courses at a global scale is a must for this role. The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate high quality leads, focus on conversions, and drive user acquisition across B2C and B2B segments. This role requires a strong understanding of the education technology landscape, user personas (students, parents, educators, institutions), and modern marketing channels.


You will be working closely with the CEO and the senior management, you will have strict conversions target to meet every quarter.



Key Responsibilities:


Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, content, email, and offline channels.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine messaging and positioning.


Lead Generation & Campaigns:

  • Plan and manage lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitor funnel metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI) and optimize campaigns for performance.


Content & Brand Marketing:

  • Collaborate with content teams to create high-impact blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and video content.
  • Build brand credibility through webinars, success stories, influencer partnerships, and thought leadership.


Product Marketing:

  • Work with product and sales teams to understand features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Create go-to-market plans for new product launches or feature releases.


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track key KPIs (conversion rates, engagement, retention) and provide regular reports.
  • Use data to test hypotheses, iterate on campaigns, and inform decision-making.


Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with designers, developers, sales, and customer support for cohesive execution.
  • Manage marketing interns or junior associates, if applicable.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing for EdTech companies delivering online courses at a global scale.
  • Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with user personas in K-12, higher education, test prep, or upskilling sectors is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • SEO/SEM and performance marketing expertise.
  • Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of Excel, Looker Studio, or BI tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Passion for education and technology.
