Be part of our dream team!What You’ll DoIn 2025, we aim to grow by 150% in the UK and you will be a key enabler of this growth.Develop and Own Marketing Strategy for the UK market:Build and optimize the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, tailored to your market.Design media mix strategies, focusing on Meta, Google, and email marketing.Leverage creative strategies to ensure high-performing campaigns, especially on Meta.Identify and launch new marketing channels when relevantCampaign Execution & Optimization:Manage end-to-end campaign execution across paid and organic channels.Analyze and optimize performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth.Make small website adjustments to improve user experience and campaign outcomes.Collaboration with Global Experts:Partner with global experts for Google, Meta, creative, and cross-channel strategies.Localize global best practices while customizing for your market's unique needs.Automation & Outsourcing:Streamline operational tasks by leveraging automation tools and outsourcing.Manage external resources for tasks like ad uploads, translations, and reporting.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of driving significant results.You understand what a marketing funnel needs to look like and how to nurture users down the funnelGood understanding of paid social & paid search advertising, including creative strategy, keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization.Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Passion for staying ahead of the curve, constantly seeking new opportunities and strategies to optimize performance.What we offer:A dynamic international work environment in a rapidly growing company with many growth opportunitiesHybrid work model (80% on-site | 20% remote)Employee events (summer party, Christmas party, after-work gatherings)Access to the Corporate Benefits portalEmployee discounts on PERGOLUX productsStrong focus on professional development and skill-buildingFree drinks and snacksEmployee referral programWe look forward to receiving your application and resume!For more exciting insights into the PERGOLUX culture visit our Linkedin or Instagram page! #J-18808-Ljbffr
