You will design and execute data-driven UA strategies, optimize performance funnels, and collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to deliver exceptional results in diverse international markets.What you'll be doingLead and execute user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and other paid social platforms for both web and appManage end-to-end campaign operations — from setup and budgeting to optimization — with a focus on hitting performance goals (CPA, ROAS, LTV)Continuously test and iterate on creatives, messaging, and audience strategies to maximize impact across social channelsCollaborate with creative, analytics, BI, and product teams to launch and scale high-performing campaigns across diverse marketsMonitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards, identifying actionable insights and growth opportunitiesRun structured A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve funnel conversion at every stageStay on top of paid social trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to ensure we remain ahead of the curveBuild and maintain strong working relationships with platform reps to gain access to betas, insights, and strategic supportWhat you'll bring3+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, with a strong focus on paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, and TwitterProven ability to manage campaigns across both web and app, driving measurable impact on key metrics like CPA, ROAS, and LTVFluency in English is required; additional languages are a plusDeep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social performance tools; familiarity with AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platformsStrong analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting data, building experiments, and scaling what worksSolid understanding of the broader digital marketing mix, including creative strategy, funnel optimisation, and cross-channel collaborationComfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with close collaboration across creative, analytics, BI, and product teams
