Location: Our office is located in London, but this role can based anywhere in the UK.️ Your role and impact.As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll take the lead in building and optimising our digital presence - from paid ads to CRO and social media. You’ll run campaigns, follow the data, and keep leveling up performance, making sure No Isolation shows up in a meaningful way wherever people are searching, scrolling or clicking.You’ll work closely with the rest of the Marketing and Sales team, and you’ll be our in-house go-to for anything digital - guiding and inspiring with your knowledge, and helping the team stay digitally sharp. What you'll be creating.Run performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platformsOwn our SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) effortsAnalyse user data and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates (CRO)Collaborate with UX and creative designers to optimise landing pages and campaign creativesIdentify and manage direct dad placements on relevant industry sitesPlan and schedule organic social content tailored to different platformsWrite and publish website articles together with the wider marketing teamMaintain and optimise website content, including landing pages for regionalTrack and report on key metrics, media spend, and campaign ROI campaigns Who are we looking for?You’re someone who gets excited about digital marketing, data, and finding smart, creative ways to drive results. You know your way around campaign tools and analytics dashboards, and you’re not afraid to dive into the details and make things happen. You’re curious, up-to-date on the latest digital marketing solutions, and you love testing out new things to see what works.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerSolid understanding of SEM, SEO, CRO, A/B testing and analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Piwik Pro)Willingness to stay ahead of the curve as AEO and AI-driven search continue to change the rules of online discoverabilityProven track record in B2B digital marketing, preferably in a tech or digital agency environmentExperience managing direct media buys and negotiating placementsExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English What will make you stand out?You’ve worked in high-performing teams or top digital agenciesYou balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionYou bring a collaborative mindset and enjoy juggling a few things at onceYou're passionate about meaningful work and using your skills for something that mattersWhat’s in it for YOU? You'll work closely with both the sales team and the rest of the global marketing team.
