We want someone who loves chicken and has a real passion for acquisition, growth and delivering winning results. You will partner within the business to grow visibility and create digital relationships with our customers, and you will collaborate with our tech and operations teams to champion the web, app, and kiosk experience and beyond. The role focuses on driving digital customer acquisition, media effectiveness, and full-funnel performance across paid and owned digital channels, blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to optimise journeys and conversions.What you’ll spend your time doingDevelop and deliver the end-to-end acquisition and performance marketing strategy across all digital paid media and owned channels.Lead and optimise activity across PPC, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, and SEO (supported by agency partners).Ensure BAU always-on paid media campaigns are continually refined and optimised for performance.Define, monitor and track core acquisition KPIs.Support the delivery of 9 annual marketing windows with integrated acquisition and promotional activity.Work with CRM Lead to align acquisition and retention plans for a seamless customer journey.Collaborate with agency partners to define campaign objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.Drive segmentation and targeting based on behavioural, contextual, and demographic data.Own media testing roadmap and champion A/B testing and CRO experimentation across digital touchpoints.Collaborate with UX and product leads to optimise key landing pages for conversion.Support tokenisation strategy by aligning acquisition to identifiable customer journeys.Analyse channel performance data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve outcomes.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver relevant, creative and accurate reporting.Maintain hygiene of paid traffic journeys across web, kiosk, and app environments.Oversee agency output to ensure alignment with strategic direction and in-house capability.Evaluate and adapt creative and messaging for digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice while maximising conversion potential.Qualifications and experience4-6+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital acquisition or eCommerce, ideally in a brand-led environment.Strong understanding of Paid Media and digital acquisition channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, SEO tools, Affiliate programmes, CMS platforms).Analytical and commercial mindset; can translate data into strategic decisions and communicate with non-digital stakeholders.Data-literate with experience measuring, tracking and reporting performance using martech tools.Highly collaborative with a strategic yet hands-on approach.Growth mindset with ability to connect dots in fresh ways to drive results; willing to stretch boundaries.Curiosity for behavioural science and applying psychological principles to influence customer decision-making.Strong creative judgement to review and refine copy and visual assets for performance impact.Comfortable working in an agile, test-and-learn environment; iterate quickly to respond to performance trends.Experience working with creative teams, analysts, and product/tech is a plus.Potential for growth toward senior digital leadership roles.Basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) desirable for implementing/testing tracking pixels or tags.Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop or Canva) desirable for quick creative adaptations.Proven track record of delivering measurable results in digital acquisition and performance marketing.Hands-on experience managing and optimising acquisition campaigns.Strong understanding of attribution models and CRO/testing to improve conversions across web, app, and kiosk touchpoints.Experience collaborating with creative, product, and UX teams to ensure paid media integrates with landing page design and customer journeys.Commercial background with the ability to translate complex performance data into actionable recommendations for non-digital stakeholders.Ability to manage and challenge agencies to deliver best-in-class work aligned to objectives.Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.Clear communication with a consumer-focused mindset aligned to brand and menu vision.Hands-on experience with web development or UX/UI is an advantage.Welcome to KFC.
