Talent Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, United KingdomBase pay rangeLocation: Midrand, South Africa (Hybrid - 3 days per week in-office)Salary: R900,000 - R1,500,000 per annumType: Full-time, PermanentCitizenship Requirement: South African nationals onlyAbout The RoleWe're looking for a results-driven Marketing Lead to shape and execute the marketing strategy for the Africa and Middle East (AME) region, specifically focusing on Small Business and Accountants on behalf of our client in South Africa.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the AME Small and Accountants marketing strategy and execution, aligned with regional revenue targets.Own and deliver demand generation plans across customer acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and retention.Interlock with regional leadership, sales, and performance teams to optimise outcomes.Set and manage the strategic and tactical marketing plan across all relevant channels.Drive weekly trading performance reviews and optimisation through strong interlock with sales and global campaign hubs.Manage marketing budget, reporting on key KPIs including units, ARR, trials, SQOs, MQLs, CPA, and LTV:CAC.Collaborate closely with UKIA digital and campaign teams to prioritise and execute high-performing campaignsLead and mentor a team of two direct reports and one intern, while influencing broader marketing teams and stakeholders.Required Experience And SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role.Proven success in performance-driven, sales-led environments.Strong commercial acumen and a track record of hitting marketing KPIs.Deep understanding of digital and assisted sales funnels; B2B, B2C, and channel marketing experience is advantageous.Demonstrated success in digital and field marketing campaigns.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder engagement capabilities.Experience working in matrixed organisations and managing multi-team collaboration.High levels of accountability, resilience, and adaptability.Why Apply?Competitive salary with room for growth and influence.Opportunity to lead in a dynamic, high-performance marketing environment.Work at the intersection of strategic planning and hands-on execution.Be part of a forward-thinking organisation with a global footprint and strong regional focus.Are you a keen Performance Marketing Lead?Then apply today!Talent International UK and its subsidiaries, Digital Gurus, Infinite Talent and Rethink act as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
