OverviewJoin to apply for the Digital Performance Marketing Lead role at Denver Agency. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave with hybrid working from the Croxley Park office in Watford (2 days a week). The role oversees acquisition and retention strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and sales, managing a multi-million-pound budget, leading agency partnerships, and ensuring digital channels deliver measurable growth and brand relevance.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the performance marketing strategy across PPC, paid social, affiliates, display/programmatic, and emerging digital channels.Joint responsibility for a £6m+ budget, building detailed channel and campaign plans to maximise ROI.Act as the first point of contact for external agencies and tech partners, driving best practice and innovation.Use first-party data and advanced targeting to boost efficiency and relevance.Work closely with Trading, CRM, Analytics, Brand and Creative teams to deliver integrated, customer-first campaigns.Align paid media activity with CRM lifecycle journeys and personalisation.Establish a robust testing and optimisation framework, scaling learnings across channels.Explore and adopt AI-driven tools for smarter bidding, targeting, and creative.Deliver clear, integrated performance reports for senior stakeholders.Act as a thought leader on new platforms, retail media networks, and emerging technologies.What Were Looking ForA proven track record in performance marketing within retail, eCommerce, or agency (fashion/luxury/lifestyle experience a plus).Deep expertise across search, social, programmatic, affiliates, with success scaling new channels.Strong grasp of digital attribution, incrementality testing, and customer journey measurement.Proficiency in GA4 (essential); experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.Experience leveraging first-party data and privacy-first strategies.Strong agency management skills able to challenge, inspire, and deliver results.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence influencing stakeholders.High numeracy and advanced Excel skills, with an analytical mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, weekly-trading retail environment.BenefitsCompetitive salaryGenerous discount of up to 30% off products from day oneAnnual enhanced discount to celebrate the day you joinedRetirement savings plans with flexible optionsImmediate life assurance from day oneMinimum 22 days holiday per year, increasing with serviceRecognised qualifications, study support and structured career progressionHealth and wellbeing schemeFinancial wellbeing schemeGive As You Earn scheme to support causes close to your heartReal Rewards – exclusive discounts on groceries, travel and leisure #J-18808-Ljbffr
