What You’ll Be Doing

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to take growth to the next level. You’ll directly own and scale our largest channel, Meta, and shape the strategy across all paid social. You’ll review current practices, bring fresh ideas, and establish foundations to scale smarter. You’ll work closely with creative, product and data teams to drive profitable subscriber growth, unlock new channels, and keep our performance marketing ahead of the curve.

  • Own and execute Meta campaigns end-to-end, maximizing ROI while meeting CAC targets
  • Oversee global paid social campaigns and guide analysis of CVR shifts or auction/platform dynamics
  • Support global expansion of paid social campaigns into local languages
  • Monitor dashboards daily to diagnose shifts from CVR changes or auction dynamics
  • Lead incrementality and measurement roadmaps for testing, validation and scaling
  • Collaborate with Creative Lead to forecast and prioritise asset production and ensure sufficient deliverables
  • Refine the creative testing process on Meta to improve win and scale rates
  • Mentor the Paid Social Manager and help shape broader performance marketing goals

Requirements

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • 5+ years in performance marketing with expert knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok)
  • Experience managing 7-figure monthly budgets for profitable growth
  • Strong analytical skills with KPIs such as ROAS, CAC/LTV
  • Experience with AppsFlyer or another MMP; solid understanding of SKAN, MMP and SRN attribution models
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams with mentorship
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights

  • Background in fitness, health or lifestyle brands
  • Experience with marketing automation tools

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus participation in Strava’s long-term incentive programs. Benefits overview for the UK includes:

Interview Process

Our interview process aims to be straightforward and enjoyable. Stages include:

  • Screening call with Talent Associate (25 minutes)
  • Intro call with Head of Performance Marketing (25 minutes)
  • Take-home task and interview with Head of Performance and Performance Marketing Manager (50 minutes)
  • Final round: London office visit (1 hour in-person with Head of Growth and UK team)
