Beauty Works operates internationally to both salon professionals and directly to consumers and is owned by a Beauty Industry Group based in Salt Lake City with the largest share of the hair extensions market in the world.Job SummaryThe Performance Marketing Executive is primarily to support the growth and retention objectives of the business across both DTC and B2B. This is a critical role within the Marketing department and will suit someone with a curious mind and great attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesSupport develop and deliver Beauty Works Performance Marketing strategy, reporting on spend, CAC and channel improvements.Execute Performance campaigns across all channels – CRM, PPC, Paid Social and maintaining, monitoring and reporting on KPIs.Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to align on offers, promotions and key product USPs to be included in performance related ad content.Stay on-top of performance updates, trends and platform algorithms to inform and present opportunities for performance improvements.Support the team with the management of Marketing budgets, retail and trade activations and overall KPI's, ensuring targets and objectives are met across vertical.Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party platform partners.Work closely with the wider marketing team on content priorities in line with product focuses on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.Key Skills3+ years experience in a performance related marketing role.Good understanding and experience within the CRM and paid media landscape and platforms.Proven organisational skills with excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.Excellent written, social and communication skills are imperative.Ability to work effectively and calmly under pressure.Ability to form good working relationships with internal teams and external clients.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesRetail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
