We now have an opportunity for a brilliant Performance Marketing Executive to join the team and we are searching for someone with a growth mindset.ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing Strategy – Support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in creating and executing the strategy for all categories with a focus on efficiently growing revenue and traffic.Collaboration with Channel Specialists – Work closely with the channel specialists (PPC, Paid Social, CRM, SEO, Affiliates, etc.) and external agency partners to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing strategies.Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Report on key performance marketing metrics (e.g., ROAS, traffic) against forecasts, identifying trends and insights for improvement. Present this information in daily/weekly/monthly meetings.Data Analysis & Insights – Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly performance data, providing actionable insights to the wider DTC team and contributing to optimisation strategies.Stakeholder Collaboration – Align with various teams, especially the marketing teams (Media, planning, social, etc.) to ensure alignment on plans for product launches and category growth.Campaign Support for Product Launches & Promotions – Assist in planning and executing performance marketing strategies for new product launches and major campaigns (e.g., Black Friday), ensuring alignment with business objectives.Digital Best Practices & Innovation – Stay informed about digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry innovations, sharing knowledge with the team to improve campaign effectiveness.External Partner Coordination – Assist in managing relationships with media agencies and platform partners such as Google, Meta, and TikTok.Competitor & Market Benchmarking – Regularly review and report on competitor activity and industry benchmarks to help inform performance marketing strategy.QualificationsExperience in multi-channel digital marketingA strong commercial acumen and results drivenAdvanced data manipulation skills, strong Excel knowledge is essentialA motivated self-starter who is ambitious & curious, with a desire to test new ideasStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalitiesThrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of being able to multitaskOur CultureAt SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.
