This role will be a key player in fostering the growth of the Druva partner ecosystem. Your goal will be to make our partners extremely successful in driving revenue for the business, our internal teams educated on the partnership ecosystem and manage field events to support our partner and demand strategies. You will work closely with the Channel teams to understand partner-specific priorities, and work with broader marketing and sales teams to create high value initiatives that deliver pipeline to the field organization. This role is an individual contributor position (no direct reports) and reports to the Manager, Partner Marketing International at Druva.What You Will DoPartner Marketing Campaigns - Develop and roll out end-to-end integrated partner marketing campaigns with and through key partners and in collaboration with other Marketing teams (Demand Gen, Channel, Product Marketing, etc.)Field Events - Plan and execute local events with partners to drive net new leads, sales velocityField Support-Work with focus Druva channel partners in region to manage awareness, lead gen, engagement and enablement programs in support of onboarding and driving pipeMSP Marketing Campaigns - Help MSP develop and roll out marketing campaigns utilising accrued MDF spendContent Marketing - Develop joint messaging, solution briefs, slide presentations, business and technical white papers, web and social content etc. in support of demand gen with channel, working with product and content marketing teamPartner MDF- Manage a regional budget with quarterly allocations, tracking, measuring and reporting. Responsible for optimizing the regional MDF budget in direct support of achieving marketing and sales goalsPartner Management- Be the key marketing point of contact for focus partners in helping support execution of initiatives with and through those partners.Key Functional Management - Be the go to person to work closely with sales and regional leadership to align all partner and field marketing activities to sales goalsWhat We Are Looking For3+ years experience in partner marketing or working with channel partnersExperience owning marketing programs above and beyond the execution with full life-cycle project management: demand generation, sales enablement, partner enablement, content, analytics, lead management, etc.Ability to deliver on a data driven approach with comfort level analyzing data to support strategy and planning, working with BI team to create partner specific reporting, working with partner on tracking progress and reporting KPI’sMust be comfortable meeting directly with executives and represent the company professionallyAble to operate in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous, environment.Demonstrated experience in building event programs across the country, including running multiple events consecutivelyMust like to work in a collaborative environment with team goals. This is a cross functional role that builds and maintains ongoing communications with the partner and field team, marketing peers, product, and the partnerProven track record of building successful partnerships with internal stakeholders to craft programs that are metrics-driven in their approachDemonstrated ability to execute creative, in-person experiencesAvailable to travel to and attend Partner/onsite events as neededWilling to be in our London office as requiredMust be able to work in the UK without visa sponsorship #J-18808-Ljbffr
