Overview Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom (Office/Hybrid) Role: Paid Media Marketing Manager Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 UniHomes is seeking an experienced, performance-driven Paid Media Marketing Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns. This role involves driving customer acquisition through high-performance paid media and ensuring channel excellence across campaigns, supporting rapid growth. Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution for paid search and paid social channels, ensuring campaign setup, targeting, optimisation, and ongoing performance excellence. Plan and deliver high-performing cross-channel paid media campaigns aligned with B2C marketing objectives, including seasonal and customer-specific propositions. Explore and test new paid media channels to expand reach and drive acquisition. Provide hands-on campaign delivery support, overseeing technical setup, creative asset management, and landing page development to enhance user experience and conversions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns and content tailored to key audiences. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance data, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Track and optimise full-funnel conversion journeys. Line manage the Paid Media Executive, offering support, guidance, direction, and development opportunities. Manage media agency relationships to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and ongoing value delivery. Oversee and forecast paid media budgets, ensuring spend is cost-effective and aligned with business goals. Analyse market trends and insights to inform strategic decisions. Innovate and ideate new paid media strategies to generate new business and customer leads.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years of B2C campaign marketing experience, with a proven track record in designing and delivering high-performing multi-channel paid media campaigns. Demonstrable passion for paid media and a performance-driven mindset. Proven experience using paid search and paid social platforms. Strong capability in campaign performance tracking, actionable reporting, and budget management to maximise ROI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. Collaborative team player with a solution-focused approach and positive energy.
