We strive for minimalist design while minimizing our environmental impact.MissionThe Paid Marketing Manager will play a critical role in leading our paid marketing efforts across channels, including Meta, Google, and other paid platforms. The primary mission of this role is to drive outstanding return on advertising spend (ROAS) while efficiently scaling our marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram, and moreMonitor and optimise campaigns to maximise performance and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and MERConduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategyWork closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that align with the brand's messaging and strategyManage ad budgets and allocate spend across different campaigns and platformsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to campaign strategyAnalyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisationIdentify opportunities to improve our paid marketing strategy and performanceManage a team that will support on all of the aboveQualificationsYou have some experience and previous track record growing paid marketing channels for comparable D2C/retail companies, or you are a mature fresh graduate who shows a lot of promise.You have fluent EnglishYou share the passion and values of our brandYou are target-oriented and have an intense drive to achieve resultsYou have excellent analytical skillsYour sense of personal style is aligned with Linjer's, and you have an ability to merchandise (we focus on women's jewelry; you should have intuition for visual assets and messaging that appeal to our customers)You have a genuine interest in women's fashion and keep up to date on latest trendsYou have strong problem solving skills and good judgment/common senseYou are hands-on and have a "can-do" attitudeYou are coachableYou have empathy and are able to work well with others, and manage a team effectivelyYou thrive in a high growth environment and enjoy a startup team cultureWhat You Can ExpectHighly competitive salary (benchmarked against salary in the same industry)Responsibilities from Day 1.
