Havas Market is the performance and connected commerce specialists within the Havas Market Network. This business was re-launched as Havas Market in Jan 2025 when we brought together the legacy Havas Market business (marketplace and connected commerce specialists) together with Search Laboratory (a performance marketing specialist agency Havas acquired in 2021) to form an end-to-end performance marketing agency.Havas Market has its own marketing and commercial functions yet also integrates fully with the Havas Media Network. Over the past 12 months Havas Market has secured new business wins across B2B and B2C from sectors such as SaaS, Education, Travel, Retail and eCommerce. Notable brands include Personio, Arsenal, MyZone, Kia, it luggage, Ocado and GoStudent.The new business and marketing manager is a mid-level support role but is expected to forge strong working relationships with all Havas Market employees, all senior stakeholders, and key members of the wider Havas Village London (HVL). The new business and marketing manager should be highly organised and process-driven, with a desire to learn and be curious.Role ResponsibilitiesThis person will be required to work across multiple workstreams and projects at one time, whilst continually maintaining a high work standard. Staying calm and displaying a positive attitude whilst under pressure, and successfully managing upwards to ensure workload is always manageable.Managing key stages within a new business process – RFI, RFP etc.Delivering impactful and consistent marketing – Social media, events – internal & externalGenerating noise – about our work, our culture and our peopleNew BusinessReviewing and sharing inbound opportunities with Head of Commerical.Manage team communication / diarising / own research and prep / client profiles & background infoSupport across all new business requirements such as pitch management pitch theatre, RFI’s, RFP’s and creds decksSupport pitch leads on all new business opportunities, including pitch management, pitch theatre, RFIs, Chemistry and Tissue meetingsTracking all new business external tender sitesEnsure team processes and communications are run smoothlyOrganise and manage case study library and creation of assetsManagement of New Business & Marketing Team assetsMarketingManagement and reporting of agency social channels, website and all external profilesCo-ordination of annual awards planning and entriesCases study library and asset managementSupport with event management, including comms, logistics and evaluationSupport with creation of marketing materials, inc management of content calendar with social, PR, email campaigns – draft copy, plan ahead, evaluate (monthly report)Organisation and curation of content for agency newslettersSupporting the growth managers with their prospecting and networking activities by supporting with sourcing and creating relevant content & research, as well as supporting with creative activations to gain attention and at events.RequirementsAdaptability and the ability to juggle changing prioritiesMeticulously organised and with a keen eye for detailNatural collaboratorA ‘growth mindset’ – hand-raising, listens to and incorporates feedback, keen to learnAn individual who brings passion and energy to the team and is always looking for ways to improve what we doSomeone who is accountable, reliable and honestAbility to work to tight deadlines and under pressureDemonstrable experience at senior executive/manager level in a new business, client or investment roleConfidence to be able to deal with the most senior level stakeholdersStrong PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, email marketing and copy-writing skills.A solid foundational knowledge of digital performance marketing (Paid Media, SEO, Marketplaces, Retail Media) and their role within the marketing mix. #J-18808-Ljbffr
