This is a highly varied position and will suit an inquisitive individual with excellent problem-solving skills. You will also be given early responsibility for discrete projects and will follow a defined career path, that recognises your personal development and contribution to the company.The successful Marketing Support Associate will report to the Marketing Executive and will have the following responsibilities:Work collaboratively with the current Marketing Executive and the Chief Customer Officer to support the implementation of a marketing planHelp maintain the content of the Acturis website (www.acturis.com) and all other group websitesWork collaboratively with the Marketing Executive to help create a content plan and compose case studiesHelp coordinate the creation and distribution of product announcements in collaboration with development team and/or account managersHelp maintain the company’s social media pages on LinkedInAssist with award submissionsAssist with maintaining all branding across Acturis and Acturis Group companiesAssist in organising company participation in industry events and conferences (stands, attendees, documents, deliveries etc.)Manage supplies of marketing collateral and promotional merchandiseHelp the Marketing Executive arrange corporate events across the UK, e.g. User Group Meetings (coordination, invitations, venues, attendee management etc.)Help maintain and create the quarterly company newsletterHelp manage relationships with third party suppliers (promotional merchandise, creative agency & web design consultants)Help manage quarterly reports on website and social media engagementCANDIDATE PROFILEThe successful candidates for the role of Marketing Support Associate at Acturis will have the following attributes:A 2.1 in a relevant degree subject with strong A-Levels or equivalent experience.Creativity and a flair for storytelling and content creation.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.The ability to liaise with Technical teams to ensure product information is approved and up to date.Confidence in juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.Basic design skills (e.g., Canva and Adobe Creative Suite) would be an advantage.Basic knowledge in WordPress #J-18808-Ljbffr
